Adaptive Sound Technologies respects and protects the privacy of our customers.  ASTI's Privacy Policy covers the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by ASTI regarding its retail customers, web visitors and calls to our sales and support associates. Why we collect personal information

Adaptive Sound Technologies, Inc. collects personal information to provide our customer base with the highest levels of customer service.  Such information enables us to

  • ASTI may retain emails or other communications you send to us in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our products.
  • We may use personal information to provide requested products and services as well as for research and analysis to improve our products.
  • This policy does not apply to the practices of our partner companies that ASTI does not own or control that may be linked from the pages on ASTI's web site. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you outside of the policy specified here. 

Information sharing and disclosure

ASTI does not share, sell or rent your personal information with other people or organizations except under the following conditions:
  • We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
  • We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. These companies may use your personal information to help ASTI communicate with you about offers from ASTI and our marketing partners. These companies do not have any independent right to use this information.
  • We are required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information.  We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is necessary for law enforcement or national security.
